Moroccan lamb (low calorie)

Ingredients
 

  • 200g lamb leg steak diced (excess fat removed)
  • 1 cup salt reduced chicken stock
  • 4 tsp Moroccan seasoning
  • Garlic
  • 1 tbs tomato paste
  • 1 celery diced
  • 1 carrot diced
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 zucchini diced (will add in the last 1/2 hour of cooking)
  • Handful of sultanas

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours
