1 x Puff Pastry Sheet
8 rashers of smoked bacon
500g sausage meat
200g grated mature cheddar cheese
1 red onion finely diced
1Lay out pastry sheet and top with the bacon.
2Mix sausage meat with the cheese and onion and put on top of the bacon.
3Fold pastry so all the meat is covered.
5Place in a lined slow cooker (your sc will need to be AT LEAST 4.5L capacity.) and cook for 3 hours on high with a tea towel under the lid.
7Transfer to a baking tray and place in the centre of a pre heated oven (180oC) for around 15 minutes to brown and crisp up the pastry.
9Enjoy hot or cold!
