Mixed Berry cake – Gluten Free

Ingredients
- Gluten free mixed berry cake
- 3/4 cup of coconut flour
- 2 tsp gluten free baking powder
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 5 eggs
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
Instructions
- Method
- * melt coconut oil
- * Place eggs, sugar,vanilla and milk in a bowl and whisk until combined
- *when coconut oil is cool add to egg mixture
- * Mix baking powder with flour then add egg mixture
- * stir in berries
- * place mixture in slow cooker, I used baking paper
- * cook on high for 2 1/2 hrs
