MINT MALTESERS FUDGE
Choc fudge with a mint choc ball top!
Serving: 24
Ingredients
- 650grams dairy milk chocolate
- 1 tin sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
- Mint maltesers to decorate
- Tin lined with baking paper
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in slow cooker except maltesers
- Cook on low without lid for 1 hour stirring every 15mins or until skin forms on top
- Pour into prepared tin
- Add maltesers on top
- Refrigerate overnight, cut up and enjoy
