Mild curried sausages
A delicious, mild curry for the whole family to enjoy. My kids love it!
Serving: 6
Ingredients
- 16 sausages
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp garlic
- 2 Tbs curry powder
- 3 carrots
- 1 litre chicken stock
- 1 x 400g tin chopped tomatoes
- 1 x 400ml tin coconut cream
- 1-2 cups frozen peas, beans & corn
- Cornflour to thicken if needed
Instructions
- Blanch sausages for 5 minutes (optional)
- Add ingredients except for coconut cream and frozen veg.
- Add frozen veg and coconut cream in last hour of cooking time
- Cook on low 4-5 hours
- Thicken with cornflour if needed
- Enjoy:)
Notes
- For those that like a bit of extra spice add fresh or dried chilli to yours once served. I also love the addition of a dollop of Greek yoghurt once served.

Tried to make this tonight but ended up only being able to taste the coconut and nothing else. Also ended up having to use a lot of cornflour to thicken as it was really runny.
Tried this for something different for my parter & i…. We both hated the coconut taste….
Tastes great but it was too much liquid. I tried to thicken it to no avail
