Mild Chicken Korma Curry

This curry is quite mild but full flavoured suitable for the whole family

Ingredients
 

  • 1.2 kg chicken thighs
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1tin of diced tomato’s
  • About 150 to 200 gms of korma curry paste
  • 2 tbls of balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbls of brown sugar
  • About 1/2 hour before finishing add
  • 1/2cup of coconut milk and 1 tbls of gravox chicken gravy powder

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into the slow cooker and place on low for 6 hours
  • 1/2 hour before the meal is ready add 1tbls of gravox chicken gravy powder and 1/2 cup of coconut milk

  1. This was absolutely delicious, so full of flavour. I cut up chicken into large chunks, 4 hours on high. Topped with a few cashew nuts when served. Thanks for the recipe, it’s a keeper!

  2. This is a very tasty easy meal. Would definitely recommend.used a whole jar of pataks korma paste, 1 kg chicken breast diced and also added pumpkin as well as the whole family loves pumpkin! Also 270 can of coconut cream.

  3. This was so tasty. Really pleased and will make again. I added julienne carrots , spinach. Then served with jasmine rice, broccoli, cauliflower and in bowls. ??
