Mexican mince with corn chips
Serving: 6
Ingredients
- 1kg minced browned,
- 1 jar salsa sauce,
- 1 pkt taco seasoning,
- 1 onion,
- 1 pkt Doritos corn chips,
- and grated cheese
Instructions
- Brown mince and onions, add salsa sauce and taco seasoning,
- Add 1/2 pkt of corn chips to bottom of sc , top with mince, then grated cheese to cover mince, and then the last of the chips crushed for the top,
- Cook on low for 1.5hrs
- To serve finish with a dollop of sour cream
