Quick and easy Mexican chicken twist.
3 hrs 5 mins
2 chicken breast whole
1 taco seasoning pack
1 tin creamed condensed chicken soup
1 red capsicum sliced
1 red onion sliced
1 tub cream (250mls)
1Place all ingredients (apart from cream) in the slow cooker.
2Cook on high 3 hrs.
3Remove chicken and slice then returned to the pot.
4Add in 1 tub of cream.
5Season salt n pepper.
6Bring back to heat then serve over steamed jasmine rice.
