500g coles regular mince
1/2capsicum diced fine
1 onion diced fine
1tablespoon worsce sauce
1 teaspoon of Siracha (chillisauce)
1tablespoon mixed herbs.
1 teaspoon garlic
1 grated carrot
1grated yellow button squash
1/2 a cup fine chopped brocoli
1 corn cob de corned
1/2 onion diced
1/2 capsicum diced
1teaspoon mixed herbs
1Combine all ingredients in bowl
2Form into a cake shape with a depression in middle.
2Add what ever vegies and herbs you like.
3Place boiled eggs in depression and cover with vegie mix.
4I also put cheese on while in slow cooker for 2hrs on high and 1 hr on low.
1I then removed from slow cooker
2Added more cheese
3Baked at 180c for another 15 mins to crisp up and melt the extra cheese.
