Ingredients
 

  • Ingredients:
  • 500g coles regular mince
  • 1/2capsicum diced fine
  • 1 onion diced fine
  • 1tablespoon worsce sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of Siracha (chillisauce)
  • 1tablespoon mixed herbs.
  • Stuffing:
  • Stuffing:
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1grated yellow button squash
  • 1/2 a cup fine chopped brocoli
  • 1 corn cob de corned
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 1/2 capsicum diced
  • 1teaspoon mixed herbs
  • 2boiled eggs

Instructions
 

Meat:

  • Combine all ingredients in bowl
  • Form into a cake shape with a depression in middle.

Stuffing

  • Combine all ingredients in bowl
  • Add what ever vegies and herbs you like.
  • Place boiled eggs in depression and cover with vegie mix.
  • I also put cheese on while in slow cooker for 2hrs on high and 1 hr on low.

Optional

  • I then removed from slow cooker
  • Added more cheese
  • Baked at 180c for another 15 mins to crisp up and melt the extra cheese.
