Meatloaf
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- Ingredients:
- 500g coles regular mince
- 1/2capsicum diced fine
- 1 onion diced fine
- 1tablespoon worsce sauce
- 1 teaspoon of Siracha (chillisauce)
- 1tablespoon mixed herbs.
- Stuffing:
- Stuffing:
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 grated carrot
- 1grated yellow button squash
- 1/2 a cup fine chopped brocoli
- 1 corn cob de corned
- 1/2 onion diced
- 1/2 capsicum diced
- 1teaspoon mixed herbs
- 2boiled eggs
Instructions
Meat:
- Combine all ingredients in bowl
- Form into a cake shape with a depression in middle.
Stuffing
- Combine all ingredients in bowl
- Add what ever vegies and herbs you like.
- Place boiled eggs in depression and cover with vegie mix.
- I also put cheese on while in slow cooker for 2hrs on high and 1 hr on low.
Optional
- I then removed from slow cooker
- Added more cheese
- Baked at 180c for another 15 mins to crisp up and melt the extra cheese.
