Meatballs and Veg

Ingredients
Meatballs
- 500gm Beef Mince
- 1 cup of bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup of grated cheese
- 1tbs soy sauce
- 2 tbs sweet chilli sauce
- 3tsb cornflour to coat meatball
Sauce
- 1 onion
- 1/2 green capsicum
- 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
- 1 grated carrot
- 2 tins of basil diced tomatoes
- 2 tbs sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tbs soy sauce
Instructions
- Meatballs
- Combine all ingredients make into balls coat in cornflour.
- Fry of meatballs to seal.
- Place meatballs in slow cooker.
- Sauce
- Add ingredients to slow cooker and cook on low for 4 - 6 hours.
- Serve with pasta or spaghetti.
