Mars bar mousse

4 normal size Mars bars

50 ml of milk

4 Tb cocoa powder

3 large egg whites.


1Add chopped up Mars bars to Sc with milk and cocoa powder, stir frequently until all smooth and melted.

2Approx 1/2 hr to 1 hr high, depending on heat of Sc

3Transfer to a clean bowl once all melted and let cool for about 15 mins

4In a separate bowl whisk egg whites to a soft peak, then slowly and gradually add with a metal spoon add to chocolate mixture. Add to your choice of glass ware and put in fridge for 2 hrs to set, top with cream. Enjoy

Oh sooooo chocolatey 🍫👊 Wonderful dessert recipe, thanks for sharing it Sherrie Sutcliffe 😊 We served our mousse topped with sweetened whipped cream and Cadbury hazelnut chocolate shavings 😋 Would also be awesome served with ice cream too ☺
