Mars bar mousse
- 4 normal size Mars bars
- 50 ml of milk
- 4 Tb cocoa powder
- 3 large egg whites.
- Add chopped up Mars bars to Sc with milk and cocoa powder, stir frequently until all smooth and melted.
- Approx 1/2 hr to 1 hr high, depending on heat of Sc
- Transfer to a clean bowl once all melted and let cool for about 15 mins
- In a separate bowl whisk egg whites to a soft peak, then slowly and gradually add with a metal spoon add to chocolate mixture. Add to your choice of glass ware and put in fridge for 2 hrs to set, top with cream. Enjoy
