Approx. 1kg chicken nibbles, or you could use chicken pieces
2-3 tablespoons peanut oil
2-3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
2-3 teaspoons of chopped coriander
2-3 teaspoons of chopped basil
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons minced ginger
1 teaspoon tumeric
Garlic salt and/or chicken salt to season
1Place chicken nibbles / chicken pieces in an oven bag.
2Mix all other ingredients together in a bowl.
3Pour mixture over chicken nibbles and coat well.
4Pop oven bag of coated chicken into SC.
5Cook on low for around 4-6 hours depending on your SC

Oven bags in slow cookers should be vented at top the same way they are in an oven 🙂

Oven bags in slow cookers should be vented at top the same way they are in an oven 🙂
