1 kg chicken wings
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon chilli ( or more if you like it spicey)
1 small onion chopped
1 tablespoon mustard (I used dijon)
1 tablespoon Worcestireshire sauce
1Mix all together and cook on high for 6hours
