Mango Chutney
Ingredients
- 5 mangos, chopped
- 2 apples, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- Cloves
- Curry
- Mixed spice
- 1/2 cup raisins
- Mustard
- 1 cup sugar
- 400 ml vinegar
- 1/4 tsp chilli powder
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients, place in slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Allow to cool completely and place in air tight jars.
- Enjoy !

there are no amounts for spices etc are they 1 teaspoonful please?
