Mince, Pasta

Vegetable loaded spaghetti sauce to serve with your favourite pasta and top with cheese.

16 small meat balls (store bought or homemade)
500g beef mince
200g blended mushrooms
Half a cauliflower blended
Half a broccoli blended
Half a capsicum diced
2 carrots grated
2 zucchini grated
Small onion diced
1tbs garlic
1 tsp rosemary
3 tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 tin of Italian tomatoes
2 x 500g tomato soup
1Sear Meatballs (optional)
2Add mince and all other ingredients to the cooker, mix well and add meatballs.
3Cook on high for 2.5 hours
4Optional- Add tin cannelloni beans a few minutes before serving. Add some chilli flakes for a kick
5Serve with your favourite cooked pasta and top with cheese.
