Light and creamy garlic & parsley mixed veges
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 1 cup of small pieces of carrots, squash, cauliflower, brocoli, peas in pod, beans, Brussels sprouts,
- 1 tspn garlic,
- parsley to your taste
- and 1/2 cup of cream. I used light cream
Instructions
- Chop and add all veges, garlic, parsley and a little water, just so veges aren't cooking dry.
- When cooked drizzle with a little cream just to flavour.
