Light and creamy garlic & parsley mixed veges

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup of small pieces of carrots, squash, cauliflower, brocoli, peas in pod, beans, Brussels sprouts,
  • 1 tspn garlic,
  • parsley to your taste
  • and 1/2 cup of cream. I used light cream

Instructions
 

  • Chop and add all veges, garlic, parsley and a little water, just so veges aren't cooking dry.
  • When cooked drizzle with a little cream just to flavour.

  1. This is delicious and such an easy way to do creamy vegetables. I did cut the veges in a uniform shape so that they cooked all at the same time. I found the carrots took longer.
