3 cups S/R flour
1/2 cup castor sugar
Dash of vanilla essence
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon melted butter
1Mix all ingredients EXCEPT jams
2Make dough into balls
3Make an indent in centre
4Fill with strawberry jam & lemon curd.
5Place tea towel under lid of slow cooker
6Cook for 1hr 50 minutes on HIGH
