Lemon pepper fish
- 4 Fish fillets of your liking,
- 1 - 2 lemons for your flavouring
- lemon pepper seasoning
- Lay out 4 lots of alfoil to lay fish on and to wrap up for cooking.
- Sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning and a drizzle of lemon to your taste liking.
- Wrap in foil tightly.
- Cook 1 - 2 hrs high depending on thickness of fish
