Lemon Butter Chicken with Honey

3 tbs butter,

the juice and grated rind of 1 lemon,

2 tbs honey

2 chicken breasts


Asparagus (optional)



1Place butter, lemon juice, lemon rind and honey in SC.

2Lay chicken breast on top.

3Cook for 1 hour on high.

4Turn chicken and add asparagus to sauce.

5Cook for 1 more hour on high.

6Remove chicken breast and use cornflour to thicken sauce.
