Lemon Butter Chicken with Honey
- 3 tbs butter,
- the juice and grated rind of 1 lemon,
- 2 tbs honey
- 2 chicken breasts
- Asparagus (optional)
- Place butter, lemon juice, lemon rind and honey in SC.
- Lay chicken breast on top.
- Cook for 1 hour on high.
- Turn chicken and add asparagus to sauce.
- Cook for 1 more hour on high.
- Remove chicken breast and use cornflour to thicken sauce.
