Slow Cooked Soup

1 leek chopped
6 large potatoes diced
1 onion diced
1T butter/marge
1L chicken stock
500ml cream
Salt and pepper
11. Melt butter
22. Sautée onion till soft
33. Add leek an saute till soft
44. Add potato and stock
55. Cook for 2 hours on high or 4 hours on low
66. Drain 1/2 liquid
77. Purée vegetables
88. Add cream and mix well
99. Add salt and pepper to taste
