1Brown mince with garlic and carrots in a fry pan.
2Add in sauce and rest of ingredients and cook for 10 minutes while you get the bechamel sauce ready.
3For the bechamel sauce, add all ingredients - except cheese - into a bowel and stir.
4Put in the microwave for 3 mins (my microwave is 1000 watts). Stir after and add cheese, giving it a good whisk. It should thicken if it doesn't, add some more flour.
5Once that is done, grease slow cooker and add everything into slow cooker like you would normally. Cook on low for 6-7 hours. Then sprinkle grated cheese on top and cook for a further 30 mins.
6Turn off the slow cooker and let it sit for 10-15 mins. Then serve. And enjoy!!
7Depending on how hot your slow cooker gets my alter the cooking time. Suggested time is 6-7 hours.
