700g - 1kg lamb
Punnet of mushrooms finely chopped
4 celery sticks
2x tins of crushed tomatoes
500ml of stock
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1Cut everything up finely
2Add all ingredients except pasta to the slow cooker
3Cool on low for 8 hrs.
4Add pasta raw in the last hour
6I used lamb leg steaks but any cut would work
