Lamb Ragu
Serving: 8
Ingredients
- 700g - 1kg lamb
- Punnet of mushrooms finely chopped
- 4 celery sticks
- 3 carrots
- 1 onion
- Crushed garlic
- Mixed herbs
- 2x tins of crushed tomatoes
- Tomato purée
- 500ml of stock
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Cut everything up finely
- Add all ingredients except pasta to the slow cooker
- Cool on low for 8 hrs.
- Add pasta raw in the last hour
- I used lamb leg steaks but any cut would work

So delicious and easy to follow! The lamb just breaks apart and my kids who are really fussy ate it as well:). Definitely will be making it again thank you!
