A hearty lamb, mushroom and vegetable casserole
8 hrs 15 mins
6 lamb chops
2 diced potatoes
1 diced carrot
1 sliced onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms in butter sauce
1Place lamb chops and vegetables in the slow cooker.
2Combine soup and mushrooms in butter sauce.
3Pour over the lamb chops.
4Cook on LOW for 8 hours.
