Lamb & Mushroom Casserole
A hearty lamb, mushroom and vegetable casserole
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 6 lamb chops
- 2 diced potatoes
- 1 diced carrot
- 1 sliced onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can mushrooms in butter sauce
Instructions
- Place lamb chops and vegetables in the slow cooker.
- Combine soup and mushrooms in butter sauce.
- Pour over the lamb chops.
- Cook on LOW for 8 hours.
