Gluten Free, Lamb

1.5 kg lamb (any cut you prefer)
1 red onion, sliced
3-4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1/4 tsp fresh rosemary
1 cup fresh mint
Gravy (I used 1/2 cup gravy powder mixed with 700mls water)
1Place lamb in slow cooker bowl
2Add onion, garlic and herbs to bowl
3Pour gravy over everything
4Cook on low for 5-6hrs (Contempo 5.5L sc)
5We have this with mash (potato, sweet potato or pumpkin)

So easy and so delicious! My fussy family of five and our two dinner guests gave it high praise. This will become a regular. Try it, you won’t regret it!
