-6 lamb chops
-1 can cream of asparagus soup
-1 pkt french onion soup mix
-1 tbsp mint sauce
-1 diced onion
-2 tbsp worcestirshire sauce
1Place chops and onions in slow cooker
2Combine all other ingredients and pour over chops
3Cook on LOW 6-8hrs

I made this for dinner tonight, but I added a tablespoon of minced garlic to the mixture. I served it up with some white rice. It was delicious and so more-ish. My fiance ate 2 platefuls of it and wanted more! My two daughters (aged 9 years and 10 months) loved it as well. Will be putting this on our favourite list!
