Equipment

  • 6L slow cooker

Ingredients
 

  • 1 – 1.5 kg lamb neck chops
  • 1 large sliced onion
  • 1 sachet French onion soup
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced
  • 2 large carrots, sliced
  • 2 large potatoes, cubed
  • 1 small wedge of cabbage
  • 8 small mini mixed capsicums, chopped
  • 1 bunch broccolini, stalks chopped
  • 6 tbsp gravy powder

Instructions
 

  • Add onion slices to slow cooker and lay chops on top of onion
  • Sprinkle chops with the soup mix and just 3 tbsps of the gravy powder (reserve the other 3 for the end of the recipe)
  • Add vegetables
  • Cook on low for 8hrs
  • Mix the remaining 3tbsp of gravy powder with a little water and add to slow cooker. I then left the lid off for 10 minutes to thicken slightly prior to serving.
