Kickin Sausage Hotpot

A very spicy Sausage Hotpot, easy to prep, cook, versatile for serving

Ingredients
 

  • 6 thick gourmet beef sausages
  • 6 thin bbq sausages
  • 150g bacon pieces
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tsps minced garlic
  • 3 chillis, chopped
  • 1 packet Masterfoods Sausage Hotpot sc sauce
  • 1 bottle Beerenberg pepper shot bbq sauce
  • 2 cups water
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 x 800g packet frozen vegies (or thereabouts)

Instructions
 

  • Brown sausages , set aside to cool then chop them as you as you wish
  • Brown the onion and each 30 seconds add onion, bacon, chilli, garlic and Worcestershire sauce
  • Add chopped snags to 6.5l sc
  • Add browned veg to sc
  • Pour frozen veg into sc
  • Mix sauce packet, bbq sauce and water
  • Pour into sc and gently stir to mix
  • Cook on low 8 hours
  • Served with wedges but would also be great with potato or cauli mashes, and / or crusty bread rolls
