Jersey caramel fudge
Ingredients
- 500g white chocolate
- 400g jersey caramels
- 1 tlb butter
- 1 tin of condensed milk
Instructions
- Melt jersey caramels in microwave
- Combine all ingredients in SC
- Stir every 15 minutes for 1 hour HIGH
- Place mixture into lined pan
- Decorate with chopped up jersey caramels
- Refrigerate for about 4 hours
- Slice and enjoy.

Just amazing! My daughter made this for Father’s Day, first attempt at making fudge, and it turned out creamy and delicious!
