  1. Amazing easy recipe! Took it to work and everyone who tried it wanted the recipe! Will definitely be making again and again

  2. Dangerously good! I made the mistake of using a round tin and so some of my squares were a little deformed, so I will definitely be buying a square tine for next time.

  3. Absolutely beautiful fudge ??? Brilliant recipe Amanda ? only change I made was that I used 3 × 180gm milky bar blocks plus an extra 5 × 14.5gm individual milky bar chocs for this one ? **Warning to all caramel lovers** this fudge is highly addictive ?? Looks amazing set in silicone chocolate moulds too ??

“School cake stall” hear we come ?

    1. Is yours a little 1.5L cooker? A bigger cooker would certainly cook hotter and may need to go low instead 🙂 I’ve never had a fudge burn but I always cook mine in the baby 1.5L cookers. Some other brands can cook notoriously hot I’m afraid

I have 2 slow cookers, a large and a small one, I mainly use the small one to make this fudge and I have used the big one but did have it on low as it can burn. I guess it depends on your slow cooker, maybe try it on low first, usually once the ingredients have all melted and its nice and thick, its ready. 1.5hrs is how long mine takes, it could be different to others thats why I say to stir it often to stop it for burning on the bottom and sides of the slow cooker.
