Jam pudding in a mug
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 2 Tb melted butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups Sr flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- Strawberry Jam for top or bottom of mugs
- Or any jam you prefer
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together,
- Spray mugs with oil spray,
- Add 1 cup of boiling water to Sc.
- Add jam just enough to cover bottom of mug then add mixture to just under 1/2 way.
- Cook with teatowel under the lid - 2 to 3hrs on high
- You can add jam and cream to top when cake is done, or turn cake out of mug and add to a bowl
- (optional ideas instead of jam, pieces of choc put in middle of mixture, honey, syrup)
