1 & 1/2 cup of shredded coconut

1/2 cup of jam

2 egg whites


1Mix all together, scoop into little bite size balls,

2Put in lined slow cooker, tea towel under lid, cook on high for an hour.

These are a massive hit with my kids as after school snacks!
I get my 4 year old to help make them during the day and are ready by time the others get home from school!
