Italian pulled beef
- 3 lbs Rump Roast
- 1 package au' jus gravy
- 1 can 14 oz beef broth
- 1 cup gardinare mild (I used the green peppers one)
- 1 sweet onion
- Slice onion thin, then Place all ingredients in crock pot.
- Cook on high for 6hrs
- Serve toasted with your favorite cheese.
- Or plain on a soft roll.

It is an Italian relish of pickled vegetables in vinegar or oil
