Italian pulled beef

  • 3 lbs Rump Roast
  • 1 package au' jus gravy
  • 1 can 14 oz beef broth
  • 1 cup gardinare mild (I used the green peppers one)
  • 1 sweet onion


  • Slice onion thin, then Place all ingredients in crock pot.
  • Cook on high for 6hrs
  • Serve toasted with your favorite cheese.
  • Or plain on a soft roll.
