Hungarian parsley potatoes
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 1Kg or so potatoes depending on size of slow cooker
- 1 good size bunch of italian flat leaf parsley
- 1/4 Cup oil
Instructions
- Put slow cooker on and add oil, and peeled and quatered potatoes
- Blend parsley,add to potatoes and toss together
- Cover with tea towel and cook till tender - 4-6 hrs low
