Hot Spicy Apricot Lamb
Bit spicy for young kids, but honestly not too hot
Serving: 2
Ingredients
- 1Kg lamb offcuts
- 45g pkt french onion soup
- 400ml can of apricot nectar
- Large onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- Few celery sticks
- Pineapple sage bunch
- Tbs tumeric
- Tsp paprika
- Tsp garam masala
- Half tsp ginger
- Tsp chilli powder
- Tbs curry powder.
- Served on pasta with greek yogurt
Instructions
- Brown onion, garlic, celery and lamb.
- Add all other ingredients, except yogurt.
- Slow cook on low for 5 and a half hours
- Add a dollop of yoghurt to serve
