Honey,Soy and Garlic Pork
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- ~ 1 kg of any cut of pork you like
- ~ 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- ~ 4 tablespoons of honey
- ~ 1 tablespoon of garlic
- ~ 1 tablespoon of hoisin sauce
- ~ 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- ~ 2 tablespoons of cornflour with a bit of water (make paste)
Instructions
- ~ Put pork in slow cooker
- ~ put all other ingredients into a glass jug mix including cornflour paste
- ~ pour over meat
- ~ put tea towel under the lid
- ~ cook on high for 4 hours then low of 1 hour
- ~ place meat under gill to brown to taste
- ~enjoy

Wow wow wow!
This was just amazing! We used pork rashers and they were cooked perfectly. There was a good amount of sauce and the flavors were spot on!
This will definitely become part of our regular rotation!
I’ve had this recipe bookmarked for a while now and finally got around to making it and so glad I did. I made less sauce given I had less than 1kg of meat, but there was still plenty and tasted delicious. I’ll be making it again!
