Full of flavour and nicely balanced. This is a family favourite of ours. Our kids devour it 😋

This makes an amazingly tasty sauce. I doubled the sauce ingredients. Added cornflour to thicken it. Then froze it in ice cube trays. Just delicious on savoury muffins. Yummo. 😁

Yum, I will be keeping this recipe to make again in future. I only had 500g chicken thigh so I halved the rest of the ingredients, the meat to sauce ratio was just right. I had mine in a wrap and my partner served with rice and veggies 😁

This is so delish .My whole family thought the house smelt like a Chinese Restaurant while this was cooking. They were drooling at the smell coming from my slow cooker. I find it real hard to please everyone at meal time but no problem with this dish. I made fried rice to serve with it. Also I used chicken breast instead of thighs as my kids wont eat thighs and it worked out lovely. Will so be cooking this again.
