  1. This is so delish .My whole family thought the house smelt like a Chinese Restaurant while this was cooking. They were drooling at the smell coming from my slow cooker. I find it real hard to please everyone at meal time but no problem with this dish. I made fried rice to serve with it. Also I used chicken breast instead of thighs as my kids wont eat thighs and it worked out lovely. Will so be cooking this again.

  2. Yum, I will be keeping this recipe to make again in future. I only had 500g chicken thigh so I halved the rest of the ingredients, the meat to sauce ratio was just right. I had mine in a wrap and my partner served with rice and veggies ?

  3. This makes an amazingly tasty sauce. I doubled the sauce ingredients. Added cornflour to thicken it. Then froze it in ice cube trays. Just delicious on savoury muffins. Yummo. ?

  4. Cooked this again tonight and was even nicer then last time if at all possible. I used sliced chicken Breast and served that way on top of thin egg noodles with steamed stir fried vegies on top. Was amazing. SO so so tasty

  5. Another terrific recipe. Guaranteed to please fussy eaters and ensure your teens stay at the table long enough to have a conversation with! We have this as sliders and I add a little chilli to it for an extra kick.

This was the last chance for all things chicken in my slow cooker. I’ve done about 4 attempts at chicken and every time it’s not turned out. Not only the expense of the chicken but then having nothing for three hungry men is stressful. I saw the great reviews and how easy it was an thought let’s go for it. I’m so glad I did. Was absolutely delicious, juicy and so tasty. My husband loved it and my kids tried it which is a big deal in my house. This will be on regular rotation. We didn’t really sort a proper side out for this one so had salad but I think next time I’d try throwing in veggies and noodles.
