Honey Rosemary Pumpkin

A quick, easy side dish 🙂
My daughter wanted to try pumpkin with honey and rosemary, this is what she came up with

  • Prep: 5 mins
  • Cook: 4 hrs 30 mins


Pumpkin, cut in slices/wedges

1 tblspn Honey

2 tspns Rosemary


1Place pumpkin in slow cooker bowl

2Drizzle honey over pumpkin and sprinkle with rosemary

3Cook on low for 4-5hrs (Crockpot 3.5L), this will vary depending on type/size of pumpkin pieces

4Serve as a side dish with the liquid drizzled over top

Oh my god this was SO good!!

The family all shovelled it down too – even my 5yr old who is often fussy with pumpkin 😮😮😮😮

Absolute winner!!

Perfect for our 1.5L slow cooker too – 2hrs on high 🙌🏻
