This was so easy to make with everyday ingredients that I had in my cupboard. Had great flavour and was a great change from the same old sausage dishes I usually make. Thanks for the recipe.

  2. Made this the other night for last night’s dinner. It was so easy to just whack in the oven when I got home from a long day.
I did debate whether the honey would be too much as it was slow cooking, because all I could smell was the honey, so was very pleasantly surprised last night to find it was absolutely delicious and not overly honey flavoured.
