Honey BBQ Shredded Chicken

Ingredients
- 1.4kgs Chicken Breast Fillets
- 2 bottles Honey BBQ Marinade
Instructions
- Combine chicken and both bottles in Slow Cooker.
- Cook for 5hrs on low
- Shed chicken about 1 and a half before serving.
- Serve with Rice.

I made this with the Honey ,Soy & Garlic Marinate and was really yummy that my eldest son is making it again but this time with the smokey bbq marinate sauce. Quick question though what is the best thing to use to shred the chicken up I used 2 forks it wasn’t too bad but think there maybe an easier way
I used a pair of tongs also 🙂
Some use electric mixers but this method could scratch your slow cooker bowl :/
