- 1.5-2kg boneless Pork Shoulder, trimmed of fat layer.
- 2 medium onions, thickly sliced
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 x 375ml can of cola (Coke, Pepsi, Dr Pepper etc)
- 500g Honey BBQ Sauce

- Place pork in the bowl.
- Smear pork with minced garlic

- Return pork to slow cooker and add 50ml of Honey BBQ sauce kept in reserve. Stir.
- Cook on low for a further half hour.
- Serve with bread rolls, coleslaw and potatoes wedges.
- This dish was cooked in a 7l Breville Banquet Maker

What should use instead of Honey BBQ Sauce? As Woolworths and coles dont sell it anymore
Any version of BBQ you like, eg smoky bbq
