A delicious, healthy, hearty soup that is TODDLER APPROVED!

6 hrs 40 mins
1 red capsicum
1 green capsicum
3 celery stalks
1 small broccoli
2 tins of tomatoes
2-3 cloves of garlic (to taste)
1 brown onion
A few good shakes of dried mixed herbs (do to your taste)
2 litres of Chicken Stock (or you can use vegetable to make it completely vegetarian)
1Dice all vegetables. Cut broccoli as you normally would.
2Put all in slow cooker and add a shake of dried mixed herbs
3Place lid on and cook on LOW for 6 hours.
4After 6 hours, place macaroni in a heatproof bowl and cover in boiling water for 10 minutes, stirring once or twice.
5Drain water and add pasta to slow cooker.
6Put on HIGH for approximately 20 or until pasta is cooked.
7Serve with garlic bread

I made this soup yesterday it was so yum only thing I did different was I added some bacon bones & left out the pasta this soup was divine will be making it again next time I will do with pasta thankyou
