Healthy Banana Cake
A healthy recipe for a classic cake.
Ingredients
- 2.5 cups of wholewheat /spelt/ coconut flour
- 5 tsp of baking powder
- 300ml tin condensed milk, (add honey to sweeten if preferred).
- 4 ripe bananas
- Dried dates
- 2 tbsp chia seed
- A few drops of Vanilla essence
- 2 -3 tsp Mixed Spice
- A handful of Chopped Walnuts
Instructions
- Line slow cooker,
- Mash bananas in a bowl,
- Stir in the remaining ingredients,
- Spoon mixture evenly into the lined slow cooker,
- Cook on high for 2 hours.
