Hawaiian Jacket Potatoes/Baked Potatoes
Hawaiian topped Jacket Potatoes (Baked Potatoes) right from your slow cooker!
Ingredients
- Washed Potatoes ( As many as you like or can fit.)
- Salt
- Oil
Topper Ingredients
- Fried ham
- Cheese
- Pineapple
- Avocado (I mixed it up in a bowl until it was similar to a dip.)
- Sour cream
Instructions
- Poke the potatoes with a fork. (roughly 3 times on either side of the potato)
- Put oil and salt on the potatoes (whatever amount you desire)
- I wrapped the potatoes in foil but some would prefer not to cook in foil and I am sure it would cook the same without the foil.
- I did each one, one at a time so if you want to do the same it is pretty much poke with fork, put oil and salt on potato, wrap in foil, REPEAT!
- Put enough water to cover the bottom of the slow cooker.
- COOK ON HIGH FOR 4-5 HOURS.
- When the potatoes are cooked cut an x in the potato and open the potato up a bit.
- Top with fried ham, cheese, pineapple, sour cream and avocado.
- ENJOY!
