Hassleback chicken in a creamy mushroom and chili sauce

Ingredients
 

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • Jar of creamy mushroom sauce in a brand available to you
  • 2 bacon rashers cut into thick slices
  • Sliced onion
  • 2 roasted red peppers from a jar sliced
  • Cream cheese
  • 1/2 ts ground chilli

Instructions
 

  • Pour jar of sauce into slow cooker add ground chili.
  • Put slices into chicken not going all the way through.
  • In slits place bacon, red peppers, onion and cream cheese.
  • Place chicken in top of sauce.
  • Cook for 4-5 hours on low
  • Serve with fried rice with the creamy mushroom and chili sauce.
