Hassleback chicken in a creamy mushroom and chili sauce
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- Jar of creamy mushroom sauce in a brand available to you
- 2 bacon rashers cut into thick slices
- Sliced onion
- 2 roasted red peppers from a jar sliced
- Cream cheese
- 1/2 ts ground chilli
Instructions
- Pour jar of sauce into slow cooker add ground chili.
- Put slices into chicken not going all the way through.
- In slits place bacon, red peppers, onion and cream cheese.
- Place chicken in top of sauce.
- Cook for 4-5 hours on low
- Serve with fried rice with the creamy mushroom and chili sauce.
