Yummo definate winner!
Just made this and for a family of 5 and all clean plates afterwards
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING huge hit with my family of 4!
Highly recommend thanks so much xx
How much honey soy sauce please?
How can you put sauce over it every half hour if you leave it on when you go to work for 5 hrs , I gather it would go dry ?? ?
You wouldn’t be able to.
But it wouldn’t go dry as it would be sitting in the sauce still 🙂
Silly question maybe but….the marinade I have is soy, honey and garlic so do I still add the garlic in the recipe ?
If you are a garlic fan I would – I love garlic
It’s probably not overly strong in the marinade but if you are worried you could leave the extra out 🙂
This was my first recipe here I loved it hubby loved it … Can’t wait to try more recipe’s thank you ?
For the sauce Lisa states:
At first just enough to glaze the chicken,
And then add more during the cooking
Maybe all up about 1-1.5 cups
So no need to cook the bacon first?
No 🙂
Is it 4 hours on LOW or HIGH please? 🙂
On low as per recipe 🙂
How much sauce do you need please
I checked with Lisa and she used a Fountain brand bottle of honey soy that is 250ml
another winner..
only difference I made was to make my own honey soy sauce (1/2 cup honey & 1/2 cup soy sauce combined)
