Hassleback Potatoes version 2

Ingredients
- 4 washed/peeled potatoes
- Virginian shaved ham
- Sundried tomatoes
- Garlic butter
- Spring onions
- Grated cheese
- Baking paper
Instructions
- Wash and peel potatoes
- Cut slots in them about 3/4 way through
- Add ham and sundried tomatoes in each of the cut slots
- Once slots are filled with ingredients put a bit of garlic butter over outside of potatoes and sprinkle with spring onions. Put potatoes into slow cooker lined with baking paper , cook on low for 6 hours
