4 washed/peeled potatoes

Virginian shaved ham

Sundried tomatoes

Garlic butter

Spring onions

Grated cheese

Baking paper


1Wash and peel potatoes

2Cut slots in them about 3/4 way through

3Add ham and sundried tomatoes in each of the cut slots

4Once slots are filled with ingredients put a bit of garlic butter over outside of potatoes and sprinkle with spring onions. Put potatoes into slow cooker lined with baking paper , cook on low for 6 hours
